Event - warning/dialogue pop-up when clicking 'save and next' in final session
We frequently have issues where the resource or personnel is updated in the final session of an event, and the staff member performing the change clicks 'save and next'.
Doing so creates a new final session for the event. This then immediately pulls-through to upcoming communication triggers with the date loop string until someone notices and cancels the session.
Also, if delegates are already enrolled onto the course, you cannot cancel these eroneous sessions: you have to make the session active and then cancel it.
Suggestions:
1) Remove 'save and next' button from the final session (the option to add a new session exists at the top of the outline page anyway)
2) Change 'save and next' to 'save and add new session'
3) A warning pop-up if someone clicks 'save and next' in the final session - "Do you want to add a new session to this event?" Ok or cancel - cancel saves the change they made without adding a new session. Ok would add a new session.
In addition: the option to cancel draft sessions in the outline screen without confirming them first, or the option to delete a session even if there are active delegates, would be greatly appreciated.
