Requesting for your support in availing API links to integrate ADM with some 3^rd party applications we are using to route the inbound calls & WhatsApp enquiries.

We have availed some services to capture the inbound calls which come in via a call centre application, and all WhatsApp enquiries using a Chatbot application facility. These services are currently generating anywhere between 10-20 enquiries a day. In order to process all these enquiries, we need a link between these services and ADM via the message centre.

At this very moment, we are using 2 different CRMs to manage these enquiries then manually entering them within ADM after gathering all info from the callers, which is not ideal. In order to arrest any leakage of inbound leads, rather than moving away from ADM, we would want to get all these enquiries fed into ADM so that we are managing everything from one place.

A suitable development in API links which we could use to integrate these services with ADM, preferably in the message centre or within Sales Opportunities via some other route.
