Visibility to all Bounced/Dropped emails
We have lots of Automated and Manual Triggers set up. Sometimes, the email status appear as bounced/dropped. We don't have visibility to this in the form of Reports or as a list. The only way of checking this is by going to the event/trigger and checking the status for all students. This is very time consuming and includes so much of manual work.
If the Trigger email status can be introduced to Reporting Engine or if we have visibility to all bounced/dropped email in one list, it will be great to check it on a daily basis and re-send the emails.

I would like to echo this is a critical issue, it is SOP to be aware when an email is bounced from any email client. Students are expecting this information asap. How can we know if they have received it or not? We cannot be waiting 5 minutes to watch a trigger and see if it bounces. We also cannot spend time going back to check. .
Can a Systems Email be created to notify of a bounced email as soon as it occurs?

I've just started using Administrate recently and had been searching for the list of bounced emails to deal with, as this is what we did on systems I've used in the past. It would be a great new feature for Administrate that would save us time and improve the quality of service to our customers. Thank you.

I agree with the above. It is far too time consuming to go and look through either the event or trigger. We have hundreds of students on any 1 trigger at a time. Having this information in the form of a report would be easier to read and to action any that have not sent. Being able to see communications that have not sent to a customer is vital to us as a training provider.

I agree that this is vital and for ad hoc emails in addition to manual & automatic triggers. For triggers, it is not practical to have to go in and check the logs. For ad hoc emails (and possibly Certificates), there is no way of knowing if they have bounced. It is essential that we know if customers haven't received communications from us.
