Student Registration Date on Event screen
As an Administrator, I'd like to be able to see the Student Registration Date on the Event under the Student tab.
In the New Event System, on an Event under the Student tab and under the Financial tab you can view who’s paid and who’s not. However, the old Event System displayed the date of the Registration – so I could easily see if the Student was still inside the 30 day payment terms, or were late. As an Administrator I could see, without moving off the page, when I might expect payment to be in, and therefore when we’d be in a position to confirm the event to run as scheduled and move on with venue, etc arrangements.
At the moment, we have to click through and look at each invoice individually, to see when we might expect the money to arrive. That takes up much more time.
In the interests of Administrate continuing to be the efficiency-saving machine, can we please have this back – even if it’s just a hover-over view and not actually written on the screen? That invoice column is so massively wide, there could be another column added for the Registration Date?
