Administrate App Sign-In

We would like the ability to bring the sign on sheet up on the ipad screen and have the students literally sign next to their name using their fingers as a ‘pen’. The app would then sync with Get Administrate and tick the attendance boxes within the course for those that had a signature next to their name. It could also record the time they signed in, so we have a record if the student was late or missed half the session etc. It would be even better if the system could then automatically email the certificates out for those who did attend.
Ideally after someone has signed in, we would love a customised message to pop up, so we can confirm that they have signed in successfully and to direct them to the classroom etc. which would then fade away after a few seconds ready for the next person to sign in.
What we are trying to avoid is double handling with the sign on sheets, so we don’t have to print them, pass the sheet around the classroom for everyone to sign, then update the attendance in Get Administrate after the course, then scan the sign on sheet into our system for future reference and finally email the certificate out.
At this stage we are only looking at having it for our classroom courses, but I’m sure some of your other clients would use it for LMS courses and the app would have several other uses.
