New Event System: Sessions to exclude weekends
Completed
As an Administrator, I'd like to be able to Configure a Course Template with more control over 'No. of Days'. I'd like to be able to specify that Sessions are not scheduled on weekends when creating an Event with this Course in the New Events System.

1000% yes Paul. We will be designing a much more flexible method of session scheduling in the next quarter. For anyone that has unusual patterns for sessions, please post them here, we'd love to use them to test out our designs.
Examples:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Tuesday and Thursday nights, and Saturday Mornings
- Every 1st of the Month
- Every Other Tuesday
-
Our most common unusual patterns are:
two days, same day in consecutive weeks (eg, Monday and Monday of the following week)
two consecutive days in each week over a 5 week period (10 day course in total - sometimes we run mon-fri over two weeks but sometimes to fit with college/apprenticeship we do 2days/week over 5 weeks).
I'd also like to suggest the default start/end times get changed to default start time and default session length (in hours/minutes). This would (I think) work for Paul's PM or AM half day course need?

Having had the update just wanted to feedback.
The scheduler is great and meets most of our needs, will be much appreciated.
With the weekly scheduler we won't be able to use it for our 2 days/week over 5 weeks because the particular days that the course is on varies according to college/work schedules. I don't know if there'd be a way to adjust either the daily or weekly scheduler to reflect this but anyway, the update is great and for our main course (which we schedule dozens each week) this is going to save loads of time/hassle.
Really appreciate being able to set the default learning mode in the course template also. From a brief use the new course template editor look and feel is good and can easily access the things I needed to.
