Add additional contacts to a sales opportunity.
1.Add an extra contact person to the opportunity( more than one)
- Sometimes there is more than one contact lead - and user has to make a choice about who is most important to capture emails from.
- Sometimes the contact lead changes, is passed on from one person to another -in this case they lose the initial discussion in favour of discussion with the new contact.
2.Associating a trainer to an opportunity
So that the correspondence with that trainer about that opportunity could be visible on the opportunity page.
