Guidelines for Ideas
Pinned
At Administrate, we believe that our customers are our greatest asset and that there is no better way to understand your needs than to be engaged with you. We want the product ideas forum to serve as a tool to collect feedback on our products and for that data to serve as an input into our future planning.
With that in mind, we ask that you observe the following guidelines when offering feedback:
1) Search before submitting a new post! If other customers are suggesting the same thing, you could add your thoughts to an existing post and vote to raise its popularity. These posts may also contain workarounds from other community members.
2) Be sure to state the challenge you're trying to solve in your workflow or organisation. We are all prone to jumping to solutions, but if you clearly state the challenge you're having with a suggested solution, others in the community may suggest other ways to solve the same problem. Remember to use a clearly worded title so that others can find it.
3) Popular ideas are more likely to be promoted to the roadmap, so vote for your favourites! Administrate builds market driven products. As such, we cannot approve every idea, but must focus our resources on those that create the most value for our customers as a whole. This also means we may not respond to each post individually, but we will be monitoring the community closely.
