Automatic email when training course cancelled or postponed

As a company that schedule open courses as well as bespoke courses, we cancel and postpone quite a few of the open courses, the administrate system will automatically send course conformations, but it doesn't send automatic cancellation or postponement emails, I for one could really do with this function, as it would make my teams lives so much easier, at present this has to be done manually, what's the point of having an automated system if it doesn't automate everything I need the delegates and staff to know.

Helen, the new event system does prompt to send emails to students and/or instructors when a significant change happens to the event such as a date change or canceling the event. Please bring this up with your account manager or support if you're having any issues with this function.
