Sign in sheets
We would like to be able to customise the sign in sheets and to be able to insert merge fields from the database into the sign in sheets so that we can populate some of the fields with required information.

I agree with this, would love to have the resource(s) that are/is booked on there as well, for us as a training company it would be great for the sign in sheet which gets given to the trainers to have the room number they are training in on there rather than having to open Administrate

We use this sign in sheet to compare what is in Administrate, we need to have the contact address and email address populated as it is a requirement of our accreditation to IACET.
It also take a very long time for students to fill in this information when it is all available from Administrate.

I agree with all of these comments. The current sign-in sheet does not meet our needs as we require our learners to verify their contact details and sign-off that the information we have in Administrate is correct. Right now, learners are being asked to hand-write all of their contact details into the sign-in sheet which is time consuming and redundant considering they have given us all of that information during the registration process. Having the learner details populate the sign-in sheet, with an adequate space for a learner signature would be ideal.

Having up to-date information from our clients is very important. Often clients register for courses several months prior to attending so their contact information could have changed during that time. The sign-in sheet needs to be redesigned to allow space to capture the company address and email from Administrate as it does for the attendees name and company name.

Please allow customization on the sign in sheet or allow contact information to be automatically populated - having blank lines forcing delegates to fill in the information holds up the sign in process and creates line ups and in the end is illegible due to the very tiny space allotted for the information and various handwriting skills . Since Administrate houses the contact information identical to the sign in sheet, certainly and easy “fill” could be adapted. This is of significant importance.

Students are a little baffled at sign in. They have previously provided all the information requested on the sign in sheet in order to register and questions why they need to provide this again into a cramped space on the form. Returning students were used to checking a previously filled out form for correctness. At a minimum in landscape. Optimal would be to pull the information from the database into a form that attendees can sign off for attendance and verify for accuracy.

It would be highly beneficial to all parties involved for the sign-in sheets to be customized and automatically populated with the attendees information. The blank lines on the current sign-in sheet forces attendees to fill in their information which takes a while and ends up holding up the sign-in process. Due to the small space for them to use, the end result is very hard to read. All the attendee information is housed in Administrate and could be pulled to populate the sign-in sheet so that all the students have to do is sign off and verify their information is accurate.

Agree to have a customized and automatically populated Sign-in sheet. It would be helpful if the sign-in sheet can show the full name of the participants eventhough their name can be sometimes long. It would be helpful as well if we can reduce sign-in Sheet only to Morning and Afternoon, instead of asking students to sign 3 times.

We are still using the legacy system, so I don't think our sign in sheets are the same as those described in previous comments. However, we would like to be able to customize the sign-in sheet in that we would like the option of sorting the delegates into a different order - i.e. by Company Account rather than by Surname - so that all delegates from one company appear together on the sheet.
We don't require any more detail on the sign in sheet as this could quite possibly contravene the new GDPR regulations coming in in May 2018. Protecting people's data includes not putting it on public display such as a sign in register and companies may need to reconsider how they ask their customers to check the data held on them.

I agree with all of the above. It would be very beneficial to be able to make amendments to the sign in sheet. For Example - adding merge fields, being able to change the sign in sheet to landscape instead of portrait, being able to add the name of the resource. We already have the name of the instructor and for the instructor to be able to see the name of the room on the sheet on the morning of the event would be a great help to us.
