Trigger communication emails added to delegate history

None of the triggered communication emails are appearing in the delegate history. We have to go to the event to see if a trigger communication has been sent.

It would be useful for the delegate history to be a single point of reference for all delegate history.

  Would definitely support this.  The old communications system would add an entry to the History like "joining instructions sent".  Would be great if the new system did that also.
