Allow digital pre and post course data collection for feedback, attendance etc
We have the delegate scores templates, which are quite useful for recording feedback etc.
Where Administrate integrates with Customer Thermometer, this isn't quite powerful enough to be practical. It would be helpful if a system could be developed (in conjunction with Communication Triggers) where the following happens:
1) Delegates get a pre-course data collection e-mail with a generated link. This could get them to fill in a medical declaration form, specify dietary requirements, clothing sizes etc, and update either their contact record, or a scores template.
2) Instructors get an 'attendance' e-mail with a generated link. This enables them to digitally tick a box next to each delegate, to confirm their attendance (this has been suggested before)
3) Delegates get a post course data collection e-mail with a generated link. This gets them to fill in an evaluation form, which is recorded onto the scores template.
4) Instructors get a post course e-mail with a generated link. This enables them to upload delegate reports and notes.
This area of Administrate definitely needs some work - as it stands currently, changing the pdf evaluation form attracts custom work fees, and the evaluation form records are not exposed through the API, so it would be impossible to develop a custom paperless solution.
