The feature Email Event List to instructor is great if the instructor hasn't the ability to access Administrate, what's missing though is the duration (start time /end time) for the event, and for us a critical input that the instructors need.

  We agree with your comments and have put this into our new Event Email triggers as a substitution field.  Stay tuned for an announcement in a week or so!
