Score Template... to support Radio and/or Dropdown

Currently, the  "Score Template" supports Text, Date, and Checkbox fields.

Is it possible to add either "Radio Buttons" or "Dropdown" field types, to allow specific result values? For example, in a exam, the result can be set to:

• Passed
• Failed
• Not Attempted
• Unknown

  A customer of mine has raised this issue. They would like a choice between Pass, Fail, Distinction.
