Mass data changes
Not planned
The ability to change a field to a given value for more than one record at the same time i.e. filter all accounts where town equals Pencoed and then have the ability to change the County field to Bridgend for all records.
You can do this on most good CRM software to allow superior data cleansing. (We used to do this on Sage ACT)
This, I believe, would be a step forward for all of your current and future clients.

This is a very good idea.
It will allow us to merge the existing System Fields data with new custom fields which we might use to re-define previous system fields which were not matching what we exactly need.i.e.: We will filter for all contacts whose system field "Job Title" contains Finance, and then we will update the a custom field which we'd created "Job Role" which includes different options to read the "Finance" selection.
You could then add the ability to Disable or Enable certain system fields similar to what you could do with Zendesk, except for the core Fields like the Name and e-mail. -
Hi Julie,
I'm not sure why nobody has responded to this, sorry about that!
Currently, we're focused on some really big enhancements to our event management system, and after that we'll focus on the CRM, which is what this feature request is focused on. We agree that it would be a great idea, but we won't probably get to it for another 6 months or so.
