Setting a 'communications contact'/email cc for event communication triggers as the contact level, rather than only at the registration stage
Having to remember to set a 'comms contact'/cc email address to be on a specific delegate's event triggers means that sometimes it gets missed.
It would be great if this could be set once, at the contact level, with all subsequent registrations for that contact resulting in the booking contact being pre-filled.

Also, for the 'cc on triggers' option to include all comms, as the comms contact field does - we send absence emails out to students and have to send them to each absent student one at a time so as to avoid potential GDPR issues, because we manually have to cc several contacts in on these emails (eg their training manager at their firm, their coach in our company, their client account manager in our company).
