Passed or Failed filter on both ad-hoc emails and triggers
We would like to be able to communicate with only the learners who have passed events after the event has ended. Right now, the ad hoc email feature only allows to filter by active, inactive, and canceled. In addition, the only trigger that can do this is 'on award'.
Two examples of how this would be beneficial:
1- Provide follow up information to learners who attended the training outside our standard communication via the 'on award' trigger and communication template. Ie: follow up to question/concern that came up during the training.
2- Set up trigger emails to be sent to learners who completed the training at certain intervals. Ie: send a follow up survey 6 months after the training to check how they implemented what they have learned.

This could also be helpful for us. The admins could then set up a trigger to contact only people who Passed for a follow up. Or we have cases where they have attended, but not passed yet due to an assessment they need to complete. A trigger could be set up as a "reminder" to complete their assessment.
