    Hello Anja, thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.

    If your LMS event is ongoing, it's best not to set an end date. Instead, use the Access Duration Offset to automatically end-user access after a certain time from registration. Or, just leave it empty for unlimited access until you deactivate the event. Both these options would then display an 'Upon Enrollment' text instead of a date in the selection option.

    Hi Hisham,

     

    Not filling in the LMS End date does it.

    I asked support if they can remove the LMS End date for that one event. It seems once filled in, you can't remove it.

    Hi Hisham,

     

    Your proposed action fixed the issue in the 'Add to cart' modal screen, however in the cart itself it still displays the event start date -> is this something that can be fixed?
