Conversion killer for LMS event registration
We've created following LMS event:
https://cga.administrateapp.com/beta#/events/events/48682#setup
In the event list widget, https://www.colruytgroupacademy.be/nl/aanbod/de-impact-van-levensstijl-op-diabetes-type-2-online-cursus/?query=diabetes, you'll see that the 'Date' column displays the text 'Bij inschrijving'. This means that the customer can start the learning traject the moment that they register themselves onto the event.
However, when the customer clicks on the 'Book now' button, in the 'Add to cart' popup timing refers to the LMS event start date.
Initially, this event had event start date 7th November '23 (when it was created). So, customers were thinking that they already lost more than 1 month of access time when they registered this week.
The workaround that I proposed is to daily update the LMS event start date, but that is not the most effective way to work.
Do you have other thoughts?

Hello Anja, thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.
If your LMS event is ongoing, it's best not to set an end date. Instead, use the Access Duration Offset to automatically end-user access after a certain time from registration. Or, just leave it empty for unlimited access until you deactivate the event. Both these options would then display an 'Upon Enrollment' text instead of a date in the selection option.
Hope this works.
