Show Attachment Types on Email Communications - Sending Manually

When we send an email template manually to a student the Attachments at the bottom make no sense.  It just shows as "dynamic-dms":

It would be nice if it showed the tags (like it does in the actual template):

This way you could remove a document if you needed to before you sent, and you could verify that the correct tagged documents are being included.
