    Hi folks,

Thanks for the suggestions. We are not planning to address this in the short term, however we'll keep the comments and voting section open and refer back to it at a later date.

    Thanks

I'd love this - we currently have triggers that fire on the day of an event starting for instance, which are generally sent around 1:40am as standard, which we'd like to appear in delegate inboxes at better times (say when they're actually sat in the classroom)

We would love this as well, as now we have to send email reminders manually to our students that do not show up for class because there is no way to schedule them.

Liz Quinn same here - scheduled email times seem to vary, with some going around 1am and others coming after 9am. Or classroom events start at 9.30, so a reminder being sent after 9am isn't helpful.

    Hey folks,

Thanks for your feedback. This feature is now live. You can now:

    • Set Triggers using hours, days, or a combination (e.g., 1 day and 2 hours before)
    • View precise timing details like "2 hours before the event" or "Jun 8th at 8:00 am" in the Event Communications tab.
    • Clone Existing Triggers to save setup time
    • Continue using all existing day-based Triggers without disruption

    For details, see our documentation.

Hey Hisham, I note that it isn't possible to edit existing triggers to take advantage of the new functionality. I have duplicated a few to set a time on them, archiving the old one, but it'd be helpful if it was possible to adjust the presets on existing triggers rather than copying all of them.

The default for scheduled daily triggers is 12:00, but we've found there's quite a variance in when they're being received: I have one today which arrived at 1:43, and a colleague had one the other day that arrived early (23:45), which then meant that the report attached wasn't accurate.

I'm raising a ticket to support about this now to be safe.
