Currently, when we create a communication template for booking contact - we make a copy of it and create the same for student audience. Our booking contact and student receive the same info. However if our marketing team wants to update some transactional mails, they need to maintain 2 instead of 1.
Would it be an idea to make 'audience' field a multiselect field? This way we only need to create 1 communication template that fits for booking contact as for student.
