Would like to see Learning path triggers set up by region filter to allow multiple learning paths to use the same trigger, similar to how communication triggers work for events by region.

  Hi Jason,

  Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, the functionality to address this is not something on our radar and is not planned to be in the next 12 months. We recommend reconfiguring triggers with the Target set for Single Learning Path and setting the region accordingly to address the issue of a student receiving multiple sends. If anything changes on the roadmap front we’ll be sure to let you know on this post.

  Hi Jason,

  Thanks for your idea. It is possible to use the same filters that you have via Event Communication Triggers for Learning Paths. In the screenshot below, you can see 3 different filters, Company, Region and Location.

  We are currently using region, however I would like to only have one trigger for all Learning Paths in the Clean Energy Center region. With us (Clean Energy Center) having the target of all Learning Paths, if another region such as Workforce Development sets a trigger for Single Learning Path. The students get 2 confirmation emails, the one for the Single Learning Path from the Workforce Development Region as well as the one from the Clean Energy Center.
