TMS: Add mixed-gender/more diverse title options for contacts

    Hi Sudeep, 

    Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this is not something on our radar and is not planned to be in the next 12 months. If anything changes on that front, we’ll be sure to let you know in this post. In the meantime, we suggest utilizing a custom field so that the salutations are easily configurable for your needs and can be pulled into any customer-facing communications.
