Auto Purge SendGrid Bounced Emails

We have experienced issues where the LMS Setup emails were not being received by the students. On investigation it was found that the students emails were added to the SendGrid bounced list.
These were added as the students email accounts were not fully setup as they were new to their respective companies.
We request that Administrate automatically remove these emails from the bounced list after a number of days instead of them having to submit these requests through support.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your post. We don't have any plans to change how this is handled at the moment. Currently we receive extremely low volumes of these requests, but we are continuing to monitor it. If anything on this changes, we'll let you know.
