training-passes | A User should be able to Auto-Enrol Learners to events

When an Administrate User assigns a Training Pass to a contact, they would like the contact to be auto-enrolled onto specified events.

Although we do not currently use training passes, we would like to have a feature where we can specify specific events that learners would be registered onto when they are assigned that particular training pass.
