Training Passes need to support adding custom fields. We need to be able to track an order reference in the training pass.

The UI shows that External Ids are supported and can be visible, but there is no way to edit them from the UI, and if I recall correctly, External Ids have to be unique. Our order reference would be the same for several training passes.

We would also want the option to add the custom field to the table view, and hide External Ids if they are not in use.

  Could you give us a little more information.

  When you say "track an order reference in the training pass" does your company have a specific naming convention that you would use asides from the Order ID the system creates when using the Opps System?

  We don't use your finacials/ordering, this is handled in our true finance system. We need the ability to add in a order reference (alphanumeric) via the UI so we can match the training pass to the finance order.

  Thanks, I understand. In that case this is not currently possible nor on our upcoming roadmap.

  Other customers using this functionality have integrated with their finance system which either passes the Training Pass order into Administrate via Opps and the unique order number is stored there, or the purchase occurs in Administrate via the Opps System (where they capture the order number) and then is pushed out to their finance system.
