training-passes | Move to a different Account
When an Administrate User creates a Training Pass on an Account and in the future needs to move the Training Pass to a different Account because the Contact who is assigned is no longer on that Account
they expect they can move the Training Pass to another Account (similar to how you can 'Move Registrations' to another Account)
but it's not possible to move the Account of the Training Pass, it's only possible to select an Assigned Contact from a different Account however the Training Pass remains on the original Account.

Are you looking to move to another Account within the same hierarchy?
or
Are you looking to move to a completely new Account that has no relation?

Different account, no relation.
The use case is where students originally created their account via weblink and so it's either an individual account, or it's under whatever company name they typed in (which likely does not match the official company name). So we need the ability to completely move the contact to the correct account, including all their relations.
