Sales orders and invoices: select the default region automatically

When I’m creating sales orders or invoices, I’d like to have the default region being automatically selected. At the moment, the first item in the list is selected alphabetically, but it may not be the default region.

  Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately this is not something on our radar and is not planned to be in the next 12 months. However, before we close the post, we had a few questions:

  • How often are you raising ad-hoc invoices?
  • Under what circumstances are you raising ad-hoc invoices?
  • Can you confirm you are doing this via the Account - Financial tab?
  • Are you using Sales Opportunities to progress orders and create invoices automatically?
