Permissions: access to report folders without full access to the DMS
When I’m giving my users access to a report, I’d like them to be able to view other reports in the same folder, while preventing them from accessing the rest of the DMS.

Thanks for your idea. Could you clarify for us:
Is this just controlling access to the DMS folder (i.e. all the items within that folder)
or
Do you want to say "you can only access the reports within this folder and nothing else in the folder (docs, guides, recordings etc) or the DMS"
Also some questions/suggestions:
- How they are accessing reports? Are you using the icon (top right) or going to Team - Documents - Reports?
- Have you played with the "Restrict to Own" permission for reports? There is a quick Administrate University module named Tips & Tricks | Reporting Permissions I would recommend checking out.
- Are the users actually editing the reports or do they just need to see the data? If the latter, have you investigated using Communication Triggers to just send out the report to users (or externals) via a Trigger?
