Events: add Waitlist to fully booked Events

When I have an Event that has reached its maximum number of attendees, I would like to have a waitlist where I can place additional interested learners. The reason for this is so that if an existing learner cancels, I can easily enrol one of the learners in the waitlist to take their place.

  Thanks for your suggestion. We do agree that some form of FIFO or waitlist logic that could be automated would be a good addition to our product. Unfortunately, this is not something on our radar and is not planned to be in the next 12 months. If anything changes on that front or workarounds come up, we’ll be sure to let you know on this post.

  It might be possible to do this via the API and might be worth discussing with your CSM.
