Scheduled Reports: Only send the email when report is not empty

When I set up a Scheduled Report I would like it to only send when there are results returned in the report. The reason for this is so that the email would then be a call to action. 
i.e “Learners that need followed up with Marketing” - if there are no learners, there would be no email

  Hi Jamie,

  We have investigated this idea before and the general feedback was, if the email does not arrive, then the user spends time going to find the report and verify there were no results, or investigate if there is a problem with the trigger.

  We'll leave the voting open on this one and continue to monitor it, however it is not something planned on our roadmap in the next 12 months.
