Events: wait until confirmation dialog before adding/removing an instructor to an event

When I’m adding an instructor to an event that has multiple sessions, or deleting that instructor from that event, I’d like the confirmation window to wait until I confirm before adding the instructor to, or deleting that instructor from, the event.

The main reason for this is to avoid making a mistake when cancelling the confirmation dialog, which causes the instructor to be added to, or deleted from, the event but not the rest of the sessions, and creates a discrepancy between event and sessions.
