Training Passes: add functionality to manually add Training Pass students to Events

When I am manually adding Students to an Event, I would like to be able to select ‘Training Pass’ as a type of currency/payment. The reason for this is we do not want a currency or token to be applied to the Student’s registration if they have an applicable Training Pass, and we want to select this pass as the payment type instead.

- Why are you manually adding students to events if they already have a Training Pass?

Please see further details below:
- We work with an extensive network of Authorised Training Partners who are set up on our system as regular users. They add and remove students from events they manage on a daily basis. For customer experience, it would be essential if such a user is able to add a student to an event with a Learning Pass method (if such a student has an applicable Learning Pass and the training partner user has checked this before) rather than having to redirect them to the customer portal to register themselves.
- When classes get canceled (as sometimes happens with a public schedule) we need to reschedule students. Upon rescheduling (e.g. by transferring the student) we cannot select Learning Pass as a payment type. We'd have to re-send the student through the customer portal for a new registration. This is very poor customer experience.
- We currently have no flexibility in helping students who struggle with their registrations and or Backstage and who reach out to us for help.
This occurs multiple times weekly if not daily. Having Learning Pass as a payment option is further essential for us for future data aggregation integrations we have planned.
