Automatic Registrations: add functionality for ‘All Roles’ assignments to only be applied to new Contacts

When I create an Automatic Registration and select ‘All Roles’, I would like to be able to have this rule apply to only newly created Contacts. Currently, you get asked if this should apply to existing Contacts: when selecting No we expect it to only apply to new Contacts, but if any existing Contacts have their Job Role changed, they will be automatically Registered onto the Learning paths within this Rule.

We would like to be able to have this only apply to new Contacts: not existing Contacts whose job role changes.
