Events: add functionality for Admin to reset/delete LMS Progress of Students

When I have Students on an LMS Event, I’d like to be able to reset their LMS progress. The reason for this is we set up ‘test’ students on Events - when we change or update the content, we’d like to reset the progress and use this same test student. If they have already completed the Event, we are unable to use the same student to properly test our content.
