Website order number different to number on notification email to customer
when a customer books a place on a course via our website, the order number quoted to them on the email notification is different to the order number they see on the website when the order is complete and also different to the order number created on adm. Can this not be corrected so the numbers are the same otherwise it's going to confuse the customer and means we can't link the two if there's a query.

I guess you are starting to use website integration - we are also trying to do this but are finding that it just does not work the way you would expect it too. Another problem is the fact that phone numbers are not passed to administrate, even though these are collected on the website booking form.
And if ANYONE can get the paypal button on the booking form to work correctly - i'd love to know how! It will take payment but on returning to the website hangs and times out, leaving the booking status as incomplete.
