Automating Event (forecast) Costs

Hi.

Is it possible to automate the loading of costs onto upcoming events to get an idea of forecast event profitability?

Specifically in relation to adding a new delegate.

At the moment I will manually adjust the eg exam fees and catering costs and material costs….. as these are related to the no. of delegates. 

Is this possible to automate…..? 

Its only an estimate of expected costs so would not have to be 100% exact (as not used for reporting) but rather to give us an approximate idea.

  Enda,

  You can add costs on the right side of the Event screen.  If you choose the quantity type "students", it will add that cost for every student that gets registered to that event.  These costs appear as "forecast costs" on the top of the event screen and in the reporting engine.
