Product Updates
- Added custom field support to Achievement Types, so you can define fields in the Control Panel and set their values from the Achievement Type modal.
- Added communication preferences to Accounts, so the Communication Contact and CC emails on triggers pre-fill when adding a student to an Event.
- Added an Account duplicates page with reversible "Not a Duplicate" marking, a reworked merge with a new "Account - Merge" permission, and an Audit tab.
- Added a Scaffold button to the GraphQL explorer that writes a chosen operation with its variables and required input fields filled in.
- Saving an enabled Training Pass Communication Trigger with no Training Pass Type now asks you to confirm, so a trigger that fires for every Training Pass has to be deliberate.
- Added an experimental requiredAchievements field and input to the Course Template and Event staff requirement APIs, exposing the version rules that narrow which awards count.
- Course Personnel Requirements now report the rules behind each required Achievement Type, including which Course an award must come from and which version counts.
- Ad hoc emails on the Event Communications tabs now show their delivery status and bounce reason, and sent emails can be reopened with their content and resent.
- Calendar (alpha) staffing now follows the same qualification rules as the Event page, renames the Qualification filter to Achievement, and shows staff exceptions by default.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed users with view-only access to a restricted Custom Field being able to change it through the GraphQL API, which is now refused.
- Fixed API booking invoices listing only the first private Event, so every private Event on the booking is now billed with its own price and tax.
- Fixed Communication Template validation letting an undefined merge field through when it was combined with a filter.
- Fixed Calendar Integration Settings showing "No account connected" to Super Users, which now lists every connected account, and fixed a Calendar Sync lookup returning another user's account.
- Fixed the Docebo integration writing webhook callback passwords into logs, and integration error logs now show the redacted request payload.
- Fixed WebLink rejecting incomplete Event date intervals so partial date filters no longer error.
- Fixed a batch of production errors across integrations and the legacy editor, covering Docebo attendance paging, token type prices, document folder selection and calendar setup links.
- Fixed a batch of registration, invoicing and mail errors, including invoice rebuilds after a number collision, promotion code validation and anonymous Learners on nested Learning Paths.
- Fixed a batch of Core, LMS and calendar errors, including missing dates in template filters, unavailable survey configuration, booking clashes and attendance sync.
- Fixed concurrency and validation errors affecting Learner attendance recording, custom field error messages, region codes and Docebo branch code imports.
- Made various improvements to search speed.
