Product Updates
Accounts List Update - The Accounts list now matches the rest of the platform, with sortable columns so you can order the list by ID, Name, Town, Country or Company.
Contacts List Update - The Contacts list has had the same update, and column filters now open inline with match options such as Contains, so you can search the list in place.
- Event changes made through GraphQL — dates, Sessions, resource bookings, staff and Course Template cascades — now appear on the Event's Audit Log tab.
- Calendar subscriptions and emailed
.icsattachments now include the Location's full address alongside its name, so recipients can navigate to the venue. - The Event create mutations for classroom and blended Events now accept a nested Sessions list, so an Event and its individually timed Sessions can be created in one call.
- Personnel and resource issues on the Session outline now show a pointed tooltip on the specific resource you hover, rather than one combined tooltip for the whole cell.
- Price Level is now available as a merge field for Opportunity Interest loops, with a new "All Interests With Price Level" macro, and appears in the report field picker.
- Ad-hoc emails now render merge fields in the language the sender chose, falling back per field to the Event's language and then the default.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed changing the Course Template on a draft Event, which replaced its Sessions but left orphaned Sessions and personnel behind that broke instructor availability.
- Fixed re-importing a published Event with its existing Course Template failing with "Course Template cannot be changed on non-draft Events".
- Fixed a batch of workspace app errors, including dashboard filters rejected as invalid IDs, the Learning Path price modal crashing when clearing the financial unit, and the course catalogue crashing when navigating away mid-scroll.
- Fixed a batch of backend errors, including contact merges with external IDs, custom field removal and refused writes,
setStepson a deleted Learning Path, promo codes on all-free interests, and failed imports and uploads reporting as crashes. - Fixed a batch of legacy screen errors, including duplicate unsaved Opportunity Interests crashing the editor, missing permission details or a cleared price in the Opportunity editor, and the reports save and export dialogs failing to open.
- Fixed calendar integration exports failing when a Session's parent Event had been deleted, along with retry handling for Google errors, re-exports of already-exported events and imports missing OAuth state.
