Customizable Personnel Roles went out last week
Custom Personnel Roles went live last week, which means you can now manage Personnel roles beyond Administrators and Instructors, giving you full flexibility for your teams such as adding roles for Facilitators, Assessors, Coaches, or Guest Trainers.

Defects Resolved
Import Data
- Now handle blank fields in CSV files, preventing import failures when optional fields (such as Address Line 1) are left empty but other related fields are populated.
- Now correctly handles text fields containing quotation marks, ensuring values with quotes are imported exactly as entered.
- Importing Individual Accounts now fully supports custom field values, so any additional data included in your CSV is applied correctly during account creation.
Reports
- Reports containing Company Details now correctly load for users with view permissions only. Users no longer need edit permissions to access these reports, removing the previous permissions warning.
Accounts
- When viewing or editing Accounts, you can now see and select any User as the Account Owner, not just the first 50 users, ensuring all available users are accessible.
