All customers are issued a live production "instance" of Administrate when subscribing to our services, which contains your organization's data, files, and customized settings.
You'll be able to recognize your instance by looking in your browser's URL bar for either <subdomain>.administrateapp.com or a customized URL if you have signed up for a Vanity Domain (Custom Domain Name). You can log in by going directly to this URL.
Depending on your plan, data segmentation needs, role, and the projects you may have in flight with our Professional Services team, you may have been issued multiple instances to split your data by business units or for testing purposes.

Instead, please login by going directly to your assigned instance. Logging in directly to the URL of your instance will ensure that you're directed to the correct live one every time.
