Elavon Converge - Payment Provider Settings

In order to configure Elavon Converge as a payment provider, you will need to obtain the following integration settings:

1. Merchant ID (aka your Account ID, required on sign-in)
2. User ID
3. PIN

Your company account may have multiple logins, but the one needed for the WebLink integration is found under Settings → Online Security Whitelist Manager → Registered API Users:

To find the PIN for the API account, go to the Employees page. On this page, find the API User listed above, click the user to view the user details, and finally click "SHOW PIN":

Note: This API account should be granted full administrative permissions.

Additionally, you will need to call or email Elavon Technical Support and request that they add Valid IP Addresses for Administrate's WebLink servers:

Once configured, this IP address should appear under Settings → Online Security Whitelist Manager → Valid IP Addresses, as shown below:
