New Feature Alert: Sync Resource Calendars for Better Scheduling!
Great news! Calendar Sync for Microsoft O365 Rooms is now available! Now, users can seamlessly sync their O365 Rooms calendars and availability directly into Administrate. This new feature eliminates the hassle of checking multiple calendars and systems, helping you avoid overbookings and saving valuable time.
Why This Matters
Managing instructor and resource availability has often meant manually juggling multiple tools, and spreadsheets and performing repetitive checks. This not only wastes time but can also lead to errors and overbookings. Our new calendar sync aims to solve these problems by delivering a smooth, integrated scheduling experience.

Reporting
The Schedule Start Day field is now available as a field to report on in the Course Template entity in the Reporting Engine.
WebLink
The ‘Show Sessions Column’ option in the WebLink Builder now allows the following options:

Only show if at least one Event with more than one session is displayed

What's Next
Trigger Functionality Enhancements
We’re expanding our Trigger functionality to provide even greater flexibility. Soon, you’ll be able to set hour-based offsets for events, giving you more precise control over scheduling and reminders. In addition, we’re planning to introduce session-specific triggers, which will allow you to set triggers at a more granular level for events with multiple sessions spanning weeks or longer. This means you can configure communications based on specific session times and dates, providing further control over when messages go out.
Introducing the New Communication Tab to Events
We’re also working on introducing a Communications Tab to Events! This feature will be your go-to place for reviewing, overseeing, and auditing all event-related communications. It will allow you to view all configured triggers for the Event in one central location, with options to filter, search, and resend messages. This addition is designed to simplify your workflow, ensuring the right messages are sent to the right people at the right time, and making it easier to find and resolve any communication issues efficiently.
And when it comes to resolving issues, we believe users shouldn’t have to go searching for problems to fix. That’s why we’re adding a communication issue tracking widget on the dashboard. This widget will display any communication-related issues as they arise, ensuring you stay on top of potential problems and address them instantly.
