What's New
Scheduler - Dashboard
The Scheduler dashboard allows users to quickly assess the quality and effectiveness of their training plans without the need for extensive manual review of the schedule. It provides the right information and insights a planner needs to evaluate.
Resources Conflicts
We've implemented several updates to the Event Outline to handle resource-related issues better. These enhancements specifically address unmet Resource requirements, inactive resources, and resource location issues.
Changes Overview
- Improved visibility makes it quicker to spot and resolve these issues.
- Inactive resources are now counted as issues in the Resource Issues widget and highlighted with a numbered box.
- Resource location mismatches are now counted as issues in the Resource Issues widget, with problematic resources highlighted. Hovering over the resource reveals a tooltip with more details.
Customizable Sign-in Sheets and Forms
We revamped the template builder functionality in Document Templates to minimize reliance on external tools like Word Document and Mail Merge. We rolled out the new and improved Customizable Sign-in Sheets, making it far easier to create and share printouts with your team.
This enhancement aims to streamline the creation of forms such as sign-in sheets, evaluation forms, invitations, and other handouts. Our goal is to simplify this process, enabling admins and training ops to effortlessly create the templates they need. Using our merge fields, you can easily build out forms and documents, and automate communications and handouts with users, instructors, and students - all within the Administrate platform.
What's Next
We have some exciting developments on the horizon. First up, stay tuned for our highly anticipated 2-way calendar sync update, which will include resource calendars. We’ve got a big surprise in store for next month, so keep your eyes peeled for more details!
We’re also dedicated to enhancing our Trigger functionality. Soon, you’ll be able to set hour-based offsets for events, ensuring timely reminders and precise scheduling down to the hour.
And in our ongoing commitment to excellence, we’re doubling down on quality improvements. Expect a smoother, more enjoyable experience as we refine and elevate every aspect of the platform.
