Product Update
Sign-in Sheets and PrintOuts
We're revamping the template builder functionality in Document Templates to minimize reliance on external tools like Word Document and Mail Merge and rolling out the new and improved Customizable Sign-in Sheets that will make it far easier to create and share printouts with your team.
This enhancement aims to streamline the creation of forms such as sign-in sheets, evaluation forms, invitations, and other handouts. Our goal is to simplify this process, enabling admins and training ops to effortlessly create the templates they need. Using our merge fields, they can easily build out forms and documents, and automate communications and handouts with users, instructors, and students - all within the Administrate platform. We expect this feature to go live in the first week of August.

Scheduler - Event Blocks and Permissions
We're working on a fantastic feature 'Schedule Dashboard' that is planned for release around the end of August. The Scheduler dashboard allows users to quickly assess the quality and effectiveness of their training plans without the need for extensive manual review of the schedule. It provides the right information and insights a planner needs to evaluate. Here's a sneak peak!
But that's not all, we've been introducing various improvements to the Scheduler to help streamline and improve the user experience. Here's the latest update that went out this month:
- Event Blocks: The Scheduler now automatically groups event sessions by default. This change simplifies the process of shifting sessions around as you plan, reducing extra effort.
- Permissions: You can now fine-tune permissions on the Scheduler, allowing for view-only access. This makes it easier to share your training schedule with other stakeholders for review and feedback without the risk of accidental changes.
What's Next
We’re thrilled about what’s coming up! We're continuing to work on enhancing our Calendar Sync feature to include Resource Calendars on O365, ensuring that all your bookings are seamlessly up-to-date within Administrate. We’re also making strides with our Scheduler Dashboard, which will soon give you deep insights into the quality and effectiveness of your training plans.
We’re also focused on refining Event Management and Calendar View, while exploring better support for prerequisites and learning goals. Our goal is to streamline and automate your registration process, making it more efficient and intelligent. This will help ensure that staff receive the appropriate training for their roles, reducing the manual effort required to manage individual training needs.
