Product Releases

LMS Integration (Workday)

We now integrate with Workday's LMS. Check out the video to see the data flow and reach out to our Support Team who can get this set up for you. If you use a different LMS, give us a shout and we'll see if it is in our plans or if we can tweak this integration to suit your needs.

Scheduler

This is big. Really big. We've been working on Scheduler for some time now and, thanks to the fantastic feedback from our close dBeta, we are now launching it into Open Beta. It will be available to all customers while it is in Open Beta, so why not check it out and see how much time you could be saving in your Scheduling process. We are really proud of it and think you'll love it.

Configurable Catalog Widget

Our WebLink Widgets have been a hit for some time. But now you have even more configurable options on the Course Catalog Widget. Check it out to see just how much control you have over it. Updated filters include:

• Remaining Places
• String Search
• Widget size
• Custom Field filters
• Information choices (description, category, label price)

Returning Students - Authenticated WebLink Flow

You've just implemented WebLink, but you already have a ton of students who have purchased training from you before, so what do you do? Sit back and relax, we have you covered. Now WebLink supports returning students as long as they exist in your Contacts. If they try to purchase, they'll be sent in a different flow and asked to create their account - even less admin work for your team! Hurrah!

New TMS Menu Structure

We are planning an overhaul of our TMS Menu structure. We've had the same old menu structure for a number of years and it's time to focus on what matters.

This change will affect all instances, but fear not, we'll give you plenty of heads up, starting here, today!
