Course & Event Durations
You're now able to define session durations on your Course Templates. This logic then pulls through to your Events.
Simply navigate to your course template schedule tab, and for blended and classroom events, you'll see a new duration identifier aside the session start and end dates. This automatically populates after you've identified the session start and end times.
If you have different sessions that have different default start times, then create them and the duration logic will also apply there.
On Events, choose your default start date, then click the Edit Sessions button to edit, add or remove sessions. As you edit the start time, the end time is getting automatically populated based on the duration. However, if you just want to edit the end time, you can do so too and the same duration logic will apply. Once your event is created, head over to the Outline tab to make further edits. And once there.... you guessed it, the same logic applies when editing or creating new sessions.
MS Teams - Multiple Instructors
Now our integration with MS Teams synchs all the instructors on the event, not just the primary. This ensures everyone who requires access has it, and your events go off without a hitch!
Expired Learners Can Re-register
Problem: you've got a student on a self-paced event, and their access has expired. Worse, they've contacted you and are asking for you to do all the leg-work to get them back in. Major frustration and time waster, am I right?
Not anymore, because in the LMS, they're now able to re-register for the event themselves without having to contact you and have you do it.
Notably, this resets their progress on the event to zero
And they have to pursue the same payment option they had previously. Of course if they have a Training Pass they can simply re-register without paying. But best of all, they don't have to hassle you to get this accomplished. And you and your team are saved tons of time!

This change will affect all instances, but fear not, we'll give you plenty of heads up, starting here, today!
