The Accounts by Industry page allows you to add, remove, reassign and report on industry types. Accounts are allocated to industries using the Account Screen. Simply edit the account details, select the industries that the account belongs to and save changes.
The report will display a list of all industries created and sum the number of accounts that belong to that industry broken down by the account type as either Customers or Prospects. You can drill down into each industry to see a list of all accounts assigned to a particular industry or all contacts of accounts assigned to a particular industry.
- Click ‘Add Industry’.
- Enter the name of the Industry you wish to add.
- Click ‘Continue’ to add your industry.
- Click ‘Edit’ on the row that corresponds with the industry you wish to change.
- Edit the industry name.
- Save your changes.
- Click ‘Delete’ on the row that corresponds with the industry you wish to change.
- Assign accounts belonging to the industry you wish to delete to a new industry.
- Click ‘Continue’ to delete your industry.
Each account created in Administrate can be assigned an Owner. An owner is a system user that will take responsibility for managing the relationship with that account.
The account owner can be set within the Account Screen. Simply edit the account details and select the correct owner from the drop down menu.
The Accounts by Owner report details the number of accounts each system user owns. Click on the name of a system user to see a list of each account that they own.
This report provides a breakdown of all customers by country as designated in the account screen. You can also see the revenue received from each country.
You can filter the report to display the country and the revenue provided by any given year or set a date range. By selecting ‘Add Revenue’ or ‘Remove Revenue’ you can choose to display or not to display the revenue that the country has provided.
The clients by country view is split into the following columns:
You can sort the columns in either alphabetical order or by amount by clicking on the column headings. Clicking on a country will split the revenue for that country by account.
The User Activity Report will allow you to see how many tasks by task type have been completed by a system user on a given date.
To filter the available report select the “Date From”, “Date To” and the User. Then click ‘Show Report’. A sum of the tasks completed per task type on each day will be returned. Click on the date to show a breakdown of the tasks completed on that date.
