Course Categories
Note
Each Course offered must belong to a Course Category so please add Course Categories before attempting to create a Course.
Course Categories allow you to filter lists of Events by the category they are assigned to and financial reports relating to the sales of Events in each category. This is useful if you wish to compare sales of one category with another category, or want to see Events in a single product range.
A course category should contain multiple courses. For example:
Food Hygiene
- Level 1 Food Hygiene Course
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Course
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Course
In addition, you can create subcategories. For example:
Project Management Courses
- Prince2 Training
- Prince2 Foundation Course
- Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner Course
- Prince2 Practitioner Consolidation & Reaccreditation Course
- MSP Training Courses
- MSP Foundation Course
- MSP Foundation & Practitioner Course
- MSP Practitioner Exam Preparation
