Partners are Accounts that resell your Events. Partners can be offered discounts on advertised Event prices, or commission on Event prices by way of a Promotional Code. You can track Opportunities and sales that a Partner has generated for you, create Events with Partners and create Event Workflows for routine Tasks applicable to your Partners.
When you navigate to CRM → Partners, this displays all Accounts designated as Partner. You can further query this list by using our CRM Filtering System.
From here, click Partner Sales to see a sales breakdown by period or Promotion Codes to see a list of all Promotional Codes in use from all Partners.
Create a Partner
If you don’t already have an Account for your Partner, please create an Account first. You can designate your own Account (the one that is linked to your Company) as a Partner when you want to offer Promo Codes from your own organisation.

-
Click Edit Account
-
On the right-hand side, in the ‘Additional’ section, tick the Partner checkbox
-
Select the Type of Partner (this is used for reporting purposes):
- Active
- Pending
- New
- Dormant
- Dead
-
Click Save
You will now have completed setting up your Partner. Whenever you view this Account screen, there will be a Partner tab available where you can manage your Promotional Codes.

The Partner tab is displayed for Accounts marked as Partner
Remove a Partner
You won’t see the Partner tab in the Account’s screen after removing them as a Partner.
- Go to the Account screen for the Partner you wish to remove
- Click Edit Account
- On the right-hand side, in the ‘Additional’ section, untick the Partner checkbox
- Click Save
Your Account will no longer be marked as a Partner.

You can see a full view of all your Promotional Codes by navigating: CRM → Partners → Promotion Codes.
